The Pick34 Book by Due Pairs (19)

This template uses the famous Pick34 Book that comes out monthly on P34SUG.com:

Simply add the combinations (in both places within the template). I chose 15 pairs (singles and doubles) that allows for more freedom of playing some doubles and triples.
This template uses due pairs combined with due cut sums. The bottom section of the template reduces the list by cut sums only (with no due pairs).
